After 6 Weeks of Running...

I've gained 3 pounds....

I'm not positive, but I think that that is a step in the wrong direction.

I am positive that if my husband was running, he would have lost 10 pounds in the first week...because that is how it works in my world.

Do NOT say it's muscle weight...It doesn't make me feel better. :)

  1. Exercise is tough... it makes you hungrier, so you eat more. But, you have to make sure the other stuff you are eating is healthy, and still watching portions. Have you tried writing down everything that you eat or drink? It makes you realize what your habits are and you can sometimes see patterns that need to be corrected.
